We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible, Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s), all shipping charges are estimated.
After order dispacthed we will inform the customer copy air waybill document and online tracking number as reference and proof of shipment
Faulty when received: If you have any problems within warranty period from the date of delivery then please contact our Customer Relationship Team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. Please contact our Customer Relationship for full warranty terms and conditions
Damage in transit: If items are damaged in transit this should be reported to us within 7 days so we can provide you with a replacement unit. If there is no availability for a replacement, the price of the items, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the damage was due to our packing and/or our carrier.
The Customer should not return any damaged items until they are instructed to do so by PLC Automation Tools as they may be subject to inspection from the courier company.
Returns policy and Incorrect item: If you receive items which do not match those ordered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. Should you wish to return an item for any other reason than stated above we must be informed of the return and reason for return in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. You then have a further max. 30 days to return the item in the original condition and packaging which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.
